Pressure SMART regulation
eSprsay computer has option in the software for Pressure SMART regulation. This functionality helps to keep higher pressure and better application rate when enetering next row.
Normally, when operator drives the tractor and he finishes the row, he slows down. At that moment computer is trying to adjust application rate by decreasing the pressure to reach proper rate to lower speed. Then when entering next row operator speeds up and opens the valves but regulation starts from the decreased pressure. Depending on the regulation valve it will take few seconds when system reach demanded pressure. It means that at the beginning of the row application rate my be too low.
To prevent such situation when Pressure SMART Regulation is active depending on settings computer calculates how much position of the regulation valve has changed in the last seconds before closing sections at the end of the row and just after sections are closed computer steers the valve back to the position it was before operator was slowing down at the end of the row.
Analysis time – the time before turning off sections when computer is anaysing the psoition of the regeulation valve.
Reverse regulation delay – time in seconds after sections are off when reverse regulation is applied.
Regulation speed – % of reverse regulation speed.
Don’t regulate below – if reverse rgulation time is calculated less than this time then SMART regulation will not be applied.
