Pressure settings – sensor calibration
Pressure settings are critical for propper and precise operation of the eSpray computer.
It is recommended to use the manometer in parallel with the pressure sensor.
First step after system installation is pressure sensor calibration. GOtrack eSpray computer works only with 4-20mA current pressure sensors. Depending on the application and the sprayer sensor range should be adjusted properly. Most popular pressure sensors ranges are from 0 to 50 bars or 0 – 60 bars.
For sensor calibration enter MENU > PRESSURE > SENSOR CALIBRATION
You will find all settings for proper calibration of pressure sesnor.
SENSOR TYPE
By default sensor type is set to current 4-20mA. It is not recommended to change these settings and to use different type of the sesnor.
MEASURING RANGE
Read the label on the sensor and set pressure sesnor range accordingly to the sesnor specification.
PRESSURE OFFSET
If there is the same pressure difference in the whole range of measurment offset can be applied.
AVERAGE PRESSURE READINGS
By default pressure reading averaging is set to minimum which is 1. If needed this value can be increased. Pressure readings will be more stable but regulation will be more “lazy”.
