Tank filling

Filling when level sensor is not present

If the sprayer is not equipped with a working tank level sensor, the operator must enter the tank level manually after pressing the tank level area on the main screen. The screen will then display a menu with user pre-defined amounts of the working liquid. By pressing the corresponding tile, operator specifies the tank filling level. The operator may also enter any amount of working liquid by pressing the CUSTOM tile. This option may be used when entry of a non-standard amount of liquid is required. This allows to avoid specifying a pre-defined amount.

To enter the menu with preseted or cutom tank fillings press area marked by red rectangle.

Operator can choose from the list of presetted tank fillings, ADD new presetted filling or choose CUSTOM filling when there is no need to create predefined tank filling.

Custom filling.

When tank level is selected, the relevant amount is graphically presented in the main screen. If the sprayer does not have a working liquid level sensor, liquid consumption is calculated based on the entered data regarding the number of sections, number of nozzles and based on the current measurements, as well as the activation status of the individual sections.
If the sprayer is equipped with a flowmeter that is activated in the computer, the consumption of
liquid is calculated based on the flowmeter data.

Remember that correct liquid level measurement depends strictly on the correct calibration of the sensors and cleanliness of the nozzles. If these prerequisites are not met, the working liquid level presented by the computer may differ from the actual level. For more info on calibration of sensors, see sections: Pressure settings, Tank settings, Application rate settings.
